Explanation
Dacrak Province is one of the highland five Provinces in the mountainous highlands of central Vietnam and has a population of 1.8 million and an area of 13,062 square kilometers and 54 minority peoples. It is an agricultural region that produces coffee, tea, and rubber, and is the venue of the annual world coffee festival and elephant festival.
It has the lowest land income per capita in Vietnam, and is progressing the project making the richest Province in Vietnam with GDP per capita of $ 10,000.
