Africa's Third Stage Development Strategy

We create a new solar power plant construction model by constructing 10mw/5mw solar power plant in the lodja area of Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the beginning of a project that frees people from Democratic Republic of the Congo, the African continent, whose faces and names are unknown, from the difficult life of living without electricity and clear water. The Democratic Republic of the Congo is the center and heart of Africa, which is bordered by 9 African countries, and lodja is located in the center of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. DRcongoLodja is the ideal country and city for successful solar power plant construction models for spreading in all directions.

We construct 12 100mw solar power plants in major border areas with 9 countries neighboring Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia and Nigeria each. The African continent became a divided nation like Korea, an area which was originally one tribe, because of artificial border lines. So, we supply electricity to neighboring countries to create an atmosphere of exchange and cooperation, and make the area where electricity is supplied a peaceful place. And we carry out inhabitant education project to raise value of person by establishing the academy there

We build an industrial complex like Gaesung Industrial Complex in the peace zone caused by solar power plant, and combine the manpower and land of neighboring countries and Korean capital and technology. Large companies constitute specific portfolios by industry considering the climate, environment and resources of the construction area, and SMEs transfer industries lost competitiveness, supported by foreign workers and state subsidies in Korea. And we put the electric power experience of Southeast Asia in the same climate zone into local technical education. we combine this new development model with the capital and technology of advanced countries such as Europe, America, and Japan, and expand to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and throughout Africa. Through the abundance and peace of Africa, the world will circulate and increase the value of people.
